Rules & Regulation

General Discipline:
  • Students must learn to be gentle and polite towards elders and companions. Good manners, up-rightness sincerity and self control distinguish every students of this school.
  • Students are answerable to the authorities for their misconducts in and outside the school. Hence, misbehavior in public places justifies dismissal. Irregular attendance. Habitual idleness, disobedience, objectionable moral behavior and above all discourtesy and disrespect to teachers are each a sufficient cause for dismissal from school.
  • On their way to and from school, students must remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet the visitors and the teachers of the school when they meet them.
  • Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. It is not advisable for the students to bring money or other valuable ornaments to the school.
  • Students are not allowed to bring electronic goods like pocket-radio, transistors, calculator and mobile phones. Students are not allowed to bring motorcycles, scooter/scooty to the school.
  • Students should take care of the school property. They should nor write or scratch on desk, chairs, wall or doors of the school, nor should they damage property belongings to others. Any damage done to the c\school property must be remedied by the offender.
  • Anyone who causes damage to school property will be punished and fined.
  • Running, playing or shouting inside the school building or in the verandah is never allowed.
Examinations and Promotions:
  • The terminal examination shall be held in October and the final examination in April. Be sides these, unit tests are held.
  • A progress report will be sent to the parents after every terminal exam. Parents are expected to sign and return them within three days.
  • Appearing for the final examination is necessary for promotion.
  • The general norm of promotion is according to the rules of Education Department.

  • The school is run on the lines of HOUSE system. The students are divided into different houses.
  • Each house has a captain, a vice captain and a few teacher animators.
  • House wise competitions are conducted to create a sense of belongingness and to make them feel the spirit of working together.
  • Results of all such competitions are graded and recorded.
  • Each house is given a house notice board to exhibit the students their talents in literary fields.

Rules for Fees
  • The Monthly Fee is paid for twelve months. It must be paid from 10th to 20th of each month. Fee for the months of April, May and June are to be paid in advance along with the fees for October, November and December Respectively
  • A fine of Rs. 10 /- will be charged for all late payments of fees on 30th of every month. An additional fine Rs.10 /- will be charged for every month if fees remain unpaid for more than a month .Unless the fee dues are paid in Full ,students will not be permitted to appear for the final examinations.
  • Parents are requested to keep the fee receipts and produce them in proof of payment if needed
  • No deduction in school fee is made for vacation or broken periods. This is applicable to late admissions also

Assembly section
All Day All Students must participate in the school assembly daily. The assembly starts at 7.30 a.m. for Nursery to Class V (Monday to Friday) and at 11.40 a.m on Saturday. for class VI to XII assembly begins at 11.55 a.m. (Monday to Friday) and 7.15 a.m. on Saturday.
Attendance:
  • As regular attendance is an important element for successful work, no leave is granted except for serious reason and that too only on the previous written application from the parents/guardian.
  • In the case of absence due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances on his/her return the student will bring a leave application from the parent/guardian.
  • Continuous absence of students for 10 working days without sufficient reason and leave will be considered equivalent to withdrawal of student from the school causing removal of his/her name from the rolls. For readmission a fee of Rs. 100/- is to be paid.
